    o   Must be filled out and mailed or dropped off to the Parish Center

If you complete your registration form and make at least 1 payment prior to September 1^st you will qualify for a $20/student tuition discount.  Your total tuition due will be emailed to you upon receipt of a completed registration form.  There are 3 options for paying your tuition:

1.      Credit/Debit card online at the Diocese of Rockford Online Giving Site

      a.      Create an account and link your debit/credit/bank information

      b.      Select Give A New Gift

      c.       Select Parish Support

      d.      Make a one-time payment for the tuition amount emailed to you after completing the registration form or make your first installment payment towards your total tuition. 

                                                                           i.      IMPORTANT – Be sure to place the student(s) name(s) in the Special Instructions box

2.      Check

      a.      You can mail or drop off a check at the Parish Center.

      b.      IMPORTANT – Be sure to include a note with the name of the student(s) so your payment can be properly applied.

3.      Cash

      a.      You can bring a payment into the Parish Center.  Currently, we have limited hours to please call ahead to arrange a time.
